For Pastors, Staff Members, and Churches in
Transition
Until
recently I maintained the website www.compassdynamics.org which was dedicated
to assisting pastors, church staff members, and churches in transition. The
site consisted of audio presentations, articles, and excerpts from my book; Charting the Course, the Pastoral Search
Process. The site also enabled visitors to request pro bono coaching and
critique of ministry profiles. This past summer I decided not to renew the
domain name and to close the site; however, since I want to continue to make
the content available I will begin posting it on my Mind on Fire blog under the
label, The Pastor Search Process; hopefully search engines will pick this up
and it will continue to be of help and encouragement to candidates and
churches. If you are a ministry candidate who would like his or her ministry
profile (resume) reviewed please feel free to contact me at robertlwithers@gmail.com. I also
encourage you to consider my publications on this topic, I think you will find
them Biblically grounded with practical advice.
